The Friday routine on one page. Review the four lines, route every gap, scan the three horizons, fill the 7 fields, and put a time on every entry. Then print 2 sheets and run the week off the paper.

Friday decides Monday. Thirty minutes here, two sheets printed, and the week starts already decided. The page runs the routine from videos 8.1 and 8.2 in the order they teach it. It opens on the Oakhaven week so you can see a finished plan before you clear it.
One page that runs the Friday routine from videos 8.1 and 8.2. You compare the week to the plan, you route what you find, and you build next week with a time on every priority. Then you print and run the week off the paper.
Friday afternoon, 30 minutes, before you close the week. Monday to Thursday the printout sits beside your keyboard and you tick entries as they close. Next Friday, 5 minutes to mark what moved, then you start again.
Fill the header once. Project, phase, your name, the team, and the next milestone. Those carry forward every week, so you type them one time. Have the schedule, the Work Breakdown Structure, the budget and the effort curve open beside you.
This appears from your second Friday. Every priority you set last week is listed. Mark each one Moved, Did not move, or Changed. One box at the bottom takes anything the plan did not expect.
Work, time, effort, fee earned. For each line, state what the plan says, then what is true, then the difference. Call the difference a gap.
If a line matches, click Matches the plan. The row fills itself and closes. If you cannot state what the plan says, that is the finding, and the page prints it as one. Last week's four lines sit above the step so you can see what you wrote then.
Route every line. No gap, a priority for next week, or escalate now. Choosing Priority builds the Step 4 entry for you, with the gap text, the channel and the project control already set.
What matters most. Who needs something from me. What should already be underway. What am I avoiding. Answer each one, then send it to a horizon with one click. Anything you want off your mind but not in this week goes in the Later list and comes back next Friday.
Three columns, one per horizon. Every entry carries the 7 fields and the card counts them for you. Next week holds 3 by default and 5 at most, because planning many goals at once stops working.
Date and time is the field that decides whether the work happens. Use a time chip or set your own. An entry with no clock time keeps its warning and prints with a marker.
Tick off what you wrote into the schedule, the Decision Log and the risk tracking. Download next week as calendar events if you want them in Outlook. Then print. Print the week gives 2 sheets to run the week from. Print the Friday summary gives the whole routine as one document. Print the four lines gives 1 sheet for your Principal in Charge.
The page saves in your browser as you type. Save this week to a file when you change computers. Start next week rolls everything forward, moves this week's priorities into Look back, and keeps your planned conditions so you edit them instead of retyping them.
Week of is the Friday you are planning on. Monday is computed from it, and the printed sheet is headed by that Monday.
The program has about 7 Fridays left. A weekly habit takes months to set, and one missed Friday does not undo it.
What moved? What did not? What changed?
For each line: what the plan says, what is true, and the difference. Call that difference a gap.
Answering them honestly is what changes Monday. Decide what you'll do about each answer.
If you cannot complete every field, the plan is not finished. Next week holds 3 to 5. A sixth entry replaces one, or moves to a later horizon.
Put the work on your calendar. A decision goes in the Decision Log. A new risk goes into the risk controls. A changed date goes into the schedule. Print the week to run it, or print the Friday summary to keep the whole routine as one document.
