The PM dashboard in BST
Grace built a PM dashboard inside BST. It shows project hours, resource schedule, overages, receivables, and unbilled effort in one place. You use it every day. It differs from the Symmetri dashboard. The Symmetri dashboard reads a nightly data extract. Both dashboards matter. Session 2 covers the BST dashboard directly.
