Front, review the Project Plan. Back, build the PM Plan. Same order as the Friday routine.

1. The four lines, on your project

Pick one live project. If you cannot state what the plan says on a line, write CANNOT STATE. That is the finding, and you will be asked for it at the end of the hour.

If you cannot state the planned condition, that is the finding. Build the plan first.

2. What you open to prove a package is finished

Three things. Name the document, not the system. Put your best one in chat when it is asked for.

3. One priority, seven fields

Take one gap from section 1 and turn it into next week's work. An empty field means the plan is not finished.

Field	The question it answers	Your answer
Priority	What matters next?
PM Action	What do I personally need to do?
People	Who needs to be involved?
Date and time	When will I address it?
Communication	Who needs to know, and through what channel?
Project Control	Decision Log, risk controls, or the schedule?
Closure	How will I know it is closed?

A priority with no time assigned to it is still an intention.
